Andy Waruingi is the Founder & CEO of Talitu and the creator of AI Agency Circle. Talitu helps businesses stop missing sales after leads reach out. AI Agency Circle helps people build their own AI agency around a service that businesses already pay for.

My background in Computer Science shaped how I think about systems.

For over 20 years, I have built scalable systems for businesses — from development and infrastructure to the AI systems we install inside businesses today.

Most businesses do not lose sales because of traffic. They lose them after a lead reaches out — slow replies, missed follow-ups, unclear ownership.

I built Talitu to fix that problem — installing systems that capture every lead, qualify them, route them to the right place, and follow up automatically so no sales are missed. Once that system is in place, we help businesses grow faster with paid ads.
